Terms of Service

The agreement between Namami B2G and users of namamib2g.com — manufacturers, channel partners, service providers and international clients.

Effective 2026-08-22. In this document, “we”, “us” and “Namami B2G” mean Namami Traders (sole proprietorship of Saurav Gupta), trading as Namami B2G, Old Katra, Prayagraj 211002, Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09BMLPG1564P1ZG. “You” means the person or firm using namamib2g.com.

  1. 01What the service is, and what it is not

Namami B2G administers channel authorisations and tracks statutory compliance for firms selling to government buyers. We prepare documentation, operate catalogue and bid workflows, and maintain a verifiable record of authorisations a manufacturer has granted.

We do not grant authorisations, we do not guarantee any tender outcome, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), GeM SPV, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, or any government body or agency. The official Government e-Marketplace portal is gem.gov.in. Nothing we issue is a government document.

By using this website or engaging our services you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

  2. 02No exclusivity

Our fee buys administration, access to the platform and the service levels stated in the Service Delivery Policy. It does not buy exclusivity in any category, product or geography.

We neither promise nor are able to deliver the absence of competing bidders. Any arrangement recorded through the platform binds only the manufacturer and the partner named in it, and does not restrict either party from dealing with anyone else, except to the extent the manufacturer’s own written channel policy so provides.

  3. 03The manufacturer decides

Appointment of a channel partner is the manufacturer’s decision alone. It is recorded against a named signatory of the manufacturer and against that manufacturer’s own written channel policy.

We administer that decision. We never make it, influence it for a fee, or represent to any partner that an appointment will be granted.

  4. 04Your obligations and warranties

You warrant that the GSTIN, PAN, Udyam registration, GeM seller identifier and every document you supply are accurate, current and lawfully yours to supply.

You warrant that neither you nor any firm allied to you within the meaning of the GeM General Terms and Conditions is debarred, blacklisted or suspended by any procuring entity, and you will disclose every allied firm participating in the same procurement.

You warrant that you contract as a dealer or reseller in your own name and on your own account, and not as an agent of the manufacturer.

You will tell us within seven days if any of the above ceases to be true. We may suspend the service immediately if it does.

  5. 05Settlement before dispatch

Commercial settlement between a partner and a manufacturer is by 100% advance payment, an irrevocable letter of credit, or a bank guarantee, in every case before material is dispatched.

We are not a party to that transaction. We extend no credit, hold no money on account for either party, and accept no liability for non-payment, short payment, delayed dispatch or the quality of any goods supplied.

  6. 06Limitation of liability

Our aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, is limited to the total fees you have actually paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for any tender outcome, for the loss or forfeiture of earnest money, bid security or a performance guarantee, for any penalty, damages or debarment imposed by a procuring entity or statutory authority, or for loss of profit, loss of contract, loss of goodwill or any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud.

  7. 07Platform scope and operational delegation

The Namami B2G Platform (software infrastructure) does not store, process, or vault primary GeM passwords or DSC tokens. Any operational delegation requiring credentials is strictly governed by offline, client-approved engagement letters, NDAs, and offline secure protocols, completely independent of this software application.

Where you grant us access to your GeM account, you do so through GeM’s own secondary-user delegation, scoped to the roles named in your engagement letter, and you may revoke that delegation at any time without notice to us.

Our automated systems and our general support channels will never ask you for your GeM password, an OTP or your Digital Signature Certificate. Treat any inbound request for those as fraudulent, whoever it appears to come from, and verify by calling a number published on namamib2g.com.

  8. 08Fees, taxes and invoicing

Fees are those published on the Pricing page and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on every invoice. Where our GSTIN and yours are in different states, IGST applies; within Uttar Pradesh, CGST and SGST apply.

The OEM authorisation fee becomes payable only after the manufacturer has appointed you against a bid number, and never before.

Every fee is a service fee for our own administrative and advisory work. No fee is a success fee, and no fee is a charge for a government registration, approval, licence or tender outcome. Statutory charges payable to GeM or to any authority — caution money, vendor assessment, earnest money, bid security — are paid by you, directly, and are never routed through us.

Fees for work already agreed in writing do not change mid-engagement. Recurring fees may change on notice before the next billing period, and you may cancel instead of accepting the change.

  9. 09Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate the service immediately if you are debarred or blacklisted, if a KYC check fails or an identity document proves false, if you misuse the platform or attempt to access another user’s data, or if a fee remains unpaid for thirty days after its due date.

Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement on thirty days’ written notice. Fees for work completed before termination remain payable.

Authorisations already issued are unaffected by termination of your account with us: they record a decision the manufacturer made, and only the manufacturer can withdraw them. Verification records for issued authorisations continue to resolve for the period stated in the Privacy & DPDP Notice.

  10. 10Intellectual property

The platform, its software, its documents templates and the namamib2g.com website remain our property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them for your own procurement activity for as long as your engagement lasts.

Data and documents you upload remain yours. You grant us the right to process them only to deliver the service, as described in the Privacy & DPDP Notice.

All trademarks and portal names referred to on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

  11. 11Grievances

Our Grievance Officer is Saurav Gupta, reachable at support@namamib2g.com. We acknowledge a grievance within 48 hours and respond substantively within 30 days.

  12. 12Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.

  13. 13Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms. The effective date at the top of this page is the date of the current version. Where an amendment materially reduces your rights we will give you notice by email before it takes effect, and you may terminate instead of accepting it. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the amended Terms.
