Namami B2G is an independent channel-operations and compliance desk for the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). We started in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh, because we saw capable regional manufacturers and resellers lose government business to paperwork, not to price or quality.

Our mission

GeM has opened public procurement to every registered seller. Using it well still takes time, process knowledge and constant attention to changing rules. Our mission is to carry that operational load so MSMEs can focus on making and supplying good products.

Rooted in Prayagraj

Our desk works from Old Katra, Prayagraj, close to the manufacturing clusters of Naini and eastern Uttar Pradesh, and serves sellers across India.

Registration, cataloguing, authorisation and bid paperwork, handled by a team that understands how small and mid-sized manufacturers actually operate.

Compliance first

We follow GFR 2017 and GeM terms in everything we do. Manufacturers make their own decisions, and bidders set their own prices.

How we work

We work as a named secondary user on your own GeM account, with your consent. We never ask for your GeM password, OTP or DSC, and no third-party money ever passes through our accounts.

  • An open-panel Authorisation Desk: any verified channel partner can request an authorisation, and the manufacturer decides on its own letterhead.
  • Every authorisation certificate is QR-verifiable by the buyer.
  • Statutory declarations are printed on the bidder’s own letterhead, never ours.
  • Our fee covers access, screening and administration — never a tender outcome.
