New manufacturers can onboard onto Namami B2G for ₹0 through 31 October 2026. It covers your setup on our Authorisation Desk and secondary-user onboarding on your GeM account. From 1 November 2026 the standard one-off fee of ₹14,999 + GST applies. GeM registration, vendor assessment and any assessing-agency charge are paid by you, directly.

Namami B2G Pro is ₹799 / month + GST, billed monthly by UPI Autopay or card mandate. It gives you tender intelligence: daily GeM and CPPP tender matches for your categories, alerts and ATC risk review. It does not include an authorisation or the Single Bid Submission service. Cancel any time; access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.

A one-off service at ₹1,499 + GST per tender. We prepare and check your bid documentation and help you file one bid. The bid is always submitted under your own GeM account and digital signature. EMD, bid security and any GeM charge are paid by you, directly.

No. Namami B2G runs an open-panel Authorisation Desk. Any verified channel partner can request an authorisation, the manufacturer decides on its own letterhead, and other partners may hold an authorisation on the same tender. We never represent that no one else is bidding.

Never. We work as a named secondary user on your own GeM account. Namami B2G will never ask for your GeM password, OTP or DSC. If anyone does, it is not us.

No. Namami B2G is an independent private service provider and is not affiliated with GeM or any government body. Our fee covers platform access, screening and administration; it never buys a registration, an approval or a tender outcome.
