Disclaimer

Namami B2G is an independent private service provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) or any government body.

Effective 2026-08-22. In this document, “we”, “us” and “Namami B2G” mean Namami Traders (sole proprietorship of Saurav Gupta), trading as Namami B2G, Old Katra, Prayagraj 211002, Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09BMLPG1564P1ZG. “You” means the person or firm using namamib2g.com.

  1. 01We are not affiliated with GeM or any government body

Namami B2G is an independent private service provider. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), GeM SPV, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, or any other government body or agency.

The official Government e-Marketplace portal is gem.gov.in. Registration on GeM is free and can be completed by any eligible seller directly, without engaging us or anyone else.

  2. 02This is not a government portal

namamib2g.com is a private commercial website. We do not issue, approve, grant or guarantee any government registration, authorisation, licence, empanelment or tender outcome, and we have no authority to do so.

No fee paid to us is a government fee. Statutory charges payable to GeM or to any authority are paid by you, directly to that authority.

  3. 03We do not guarantee any tender outcome

We make no representation that a bid will be won, that a category will be claimed, that a vendor assessment will be cleared, or that a manufacturer will appoint you within any particular time or at all.

Procurement decisions are made by the buying authority under its own rules. Appointment decisions are made by the manufacturer under its own channel policy.

  4. 04What an authorisation certificate is

A certificate issued through Namami B2G records that a named manufacturer, acting through a named signatory, appointed a named partner for a stated scope on a stated date. It is a private document evidencing a private decision.

It is not a government document, it confers no eligibility on anyone, and it does not qualify any firm for any procurement. Its only function is to let a buyer verify, independently, that the manufacturer’s appointment is genuine.

  5. 05Statutory compliance stays with you

Where we operate a compliance calendar, we track statutory deadlines and tell you when they fall due. We do not discharge them.

Liability for compliance with the Employees’ Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, the Employees’ State Insurance Act, minimum-wage legislation and every other statutory obligation remains solely with the service provider. Payments to those authorities are made by you, from your own funds.

  6. 06Nothing here is legal, tax or financial advice

Anything we publish about the General Financial Rules 2017, the GeM General Terms and Conditions, GST, or public procurement practice is general information. It is not advice, it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances, and it may be out of date by the time you read it.

Rules change. Verify the current position against the primary source before you act on it.

All trademarks, service marks, portal names and logos referred to on this website are the property of their respective owners. They are used here for identification only, and their use does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship.
