What each service costs, what the fee covers, and what it explicitly does not. All amounts are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.

Taxes
GST is charged at the applicable rate on every invoice. Where our GSTIN and yours are in different states, IGST applies; within Uttar Pradesh, CGST and SGST apply. The rate and the split are shown on the invoice itself.
What our fee is not
Our fee buys platform access, compliance screening, and administrative processing. It does not buy a government registration, an approval, a tender outcome, or any preferential treatment.
Statutory charges payable to GeM or to any authority — caution money, vendor assessment, EMD, bid security — are paid by you, directly, and are never routed through us.
Other channel partners may also be authorised on the same tender. We administer authorisations; we do not restrict who may bid, and we never represent that no one else is bidding.
Catalogue & category management is a separate, strictly opt-in subscription. It is never bundled into or required by any other service on this page, and you may use Namami B2G without it.
For service contracts, the BU-2 compliance desk tracks statutory deadlines. It does not discharge them. Liability for statutory compliance remains solely with the service provider.
Changes to pricing
Fees for work already agreed in writing do not change mid-engagement. Subscription pricing may change with notice before the next billing period, and you may cancel instead of accepting the change.
