Service Delivery Policy
Namami B2G delivers services and documents, not physical goods. This policy states what is delivered, in what form, how quickly, and what happens when a deadline is missed.
Effective 2026-08-22. In this document, “we”, “us” and “Namami B2G” mean Namami Traders (sole proprietorship of Saurav Gupta), trading as Namami B2G, Old Katra, Prayagraj 211002, Uttar Pradesh, India, GSTIN 09BMLPG1564P1ZG. “You” means the person or firm using namamib2g.com.
01Nothing is physically shipped
Everything we deliver is digital or administrative. There is no courier, no consignment, no tracking number, and no shipping or handling charge is ever levied on you by us.
02What we deliver
A configured GeM seller profile, with the firm, category and document sections completed and correct.
Catalogue entries published under your own seller account.
An authorisation certificate as a PDF, carrying a QR code and a verification identifier that any government buyer can check at namamib2g.com/verify without logging in.
Tender alerts by WhatsApp and email, where you have opted in.
For service contracts, a statutory compliance calendar and the evidence trail against each deadline.
03How delivery happens
Work inside your GeM account is performed under GeM’s own secondary-user delegation, scoped to the roles named in your engagement letter, which you may revoke at any time.
Documents are delivered to your dashboard on namamib2g.com and to the email address on your account. Certificates carry a QR code that resolves to a public verification page, so a buyer can confirm an authorisation without contacting you or us.
The Namami B2G Platform does not store, process or vault primary GeM passwords or DSC tokens. Any operational delegation requiring credentials is governed by an offline, client-approved engagement letter and NDA, independently of this software.
04Timelines
GeM profile registration and hygiene: five working days, measured from our receipt of complete and correct KYC documents.
Catalogue management: three working days per batch, measured from your approval of the product content and images for that batch.
OEM authorisation certificate: two working days, measured from the manufacturer’s appointment of you against a bid number.
Tender documentation and bidding support: delivered no later than one working day before the bid submission deadline, provided you instruct us at least five working days before that deadline.
Tender alerts: sent on the day the tender is published to the source portal we monitor.
Each period is measured from the point at which we can act, not from your first enquiry.
05What is outside our control
GeM portal downtime, the manufacturer’s own decision to appoint or decline, vendor-assessment scheduling by the assessing agency, and processing time at any statutory authority are not within our control.
These pause a timeline. They do not extend it silently: if a deadline in this policy will be missed for one of these reasons, we tell you, with the reason and a revised date.
The OEM authorisation fee is charged only after a manufacturer has appointed you, so a delay in the manufacturer’s decision is never a delay in something you have already paid for.
06Working days and hours
A working day is Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST, excluding Sundays and gazetted holidays in Uttar Pradesh.
A request or a document received outside those hours starts its clock at the beginning of the next working day.
07If we miss a deadline
Write to support@namamib2g.com with the engagement or invoice reference. We acknowledge within 24 hours and give you a revised delivery date, with the reason, within two working days.
If that is not resolved to your satisfaction, escalate to the Grievance Officer, Saurav Gupta, at support@namamib2g.com.
Where a missed deadline means the service can no longer be delivered at all, your entitlement is set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. It is stated there rather than repeated here so the two documents cannot drift apart.
08Incorrect or incomplete information
Where we miss a timeline because a document you supplied was wrong, incomplete, expired or illegible, the clock restarts from your corrected submission.
We tell you what is wrong within one working day of finding it. We do not sit on a defective document and let a deadline pass.
09Access after delivery
Delivered documents remain downloadable from your dashboard for as long as your engagement is active and for eight years afterwards, matching the retention period stated in the Privacy & DPDP Notice.
Public verification records for issued authorisations resolve for 180 days from each verification request.
After those periods, or on an erasure request you make under the Privacy & DPDP Notice, records are removed and can no longer be supplied.
