India’s Institutional B2G Infrastructure

Bridging the gap in public procurement. We help new OEMs scale nationwide, give Resellers instant 3-click OEM authorisation requests to bid on tenders, and guide International Brands into the Indian government market. Choose your role on the form above to enter your dedicated operations dashboard.

  • We never keep your passwordYour GeM password and DSC are not saved anywhere in this platform. We work as a secondary user on your account. You give that access, and you can take it back yourself, any time.
  • Your data stays in IndiaEverything sits on Indian servers in Mumbai, encrypted. Your consent and your right to delete are built into the database, not just written in a policy page.
  • Every authorisation has a QR codeA government buyer can scan it and check the authorisation on the spot. No login, no phone call to us.

Check before you trust

Verify an authorisation or OEM letter

Every authorisation we issue carries a QR and a code. Anyone can check one — a government buyer, a rival bidder, the manufacturer. No account, no call to us, and we do not see who you are.

  • Scan the QR on the certificate, or type the code below.
  • The database answers, not a person at our desk.
  • Works without signing in.

36 characters with four hyphens, printed under the QR on the certificate.

Lost the certificate? Ask the desk to re-send it.

Who it is for

Built for every side of the desk

Three sides, one record. The authorisation an OEM issues is the same one a reseller bids with, and the same one a buyer scans.

For manufacturers

OEMs

Claim categories that have no OEM yet, file your brand approval, and get your catalogue built. You authorise the partners you choose, against criteria you publish — we administer the paperwork and never make that call for you.

  • Category and brand approval
  • Catalogue built and kept updated
  • You choose your channel partners

For bidders

Resellers & Contractors

Get GeM and CPPP tender alerts on WhatsApp. When a manufacturer authorises you, the authorisation is scoped to that bid number and carries a QR code a government buyer can verify without an account.

  • Tender alerts from GeM and CPPP
  • Bid-scoped, QR-verifiable authorisations
  • Screened against the gates that forfeit bid security

For foreign brands

International Brands

Enter the Indian government market under Make in India. Many tenders only accept local suppliers. We show you the Class-I route (50% local content) and help you find Indian partners who meet it.

How it works

From registration to a defensible bid

Four steps, in order. Each one finishes before the next starts. That is why the paperwork at the end holds up when a buyer checks it.

  1. Onboard & verify

We check that your Udyam, PAN and GST all match each other before any pairing starts. A mistake caught here is a bid that does not get rejected later.

    KYC desk

  2. Catalog & brand

Your products go up under the right category and your brand approval is filed. We write the specifications the way buyers actually search for them.

    Catalogue desk

  3. Match & authorise

We put OEMs and checked resellers in front of each other. The reseller requests an authorisation, the OEM decides against their own written rules, and an approved authorisation comes with a QR code.

    24-hour decision window

  4. Bid & compliance

Your bid papers are built to match the tender conditions (ATC). We track every statutory upload against its due date, and keep proof of the full authorisation trail.

Why we exist

GeM opened the market. Nobody built the channel.

Any government buyer in the country can now buy from any seller on GeM. But the two people who should be doing business still cannot reach each other.

The manufacturer

Has the product, the plant and the price.

No reach outside their own state. No way to find bidders they can trust.

There is no link between these two today.

The reseller

Has the buyer relationships and knows the tenders.

No authorisation letter. Cannot bid on the product they can actually sell.

That missing link is the whole business. Namami B2G sits in the middle and runs it as an operations desk — matching the two sides, holding the paperwork, and keeping a record a government buyer can check.

For manufacturers and OEMs

Sell in states you have never visited

  • Claim categories that still have no OEM listed, before someone else does.
  • Brand approval papers filed the same day. After that it moves on GeM’s queue, not ours — we tell you where it is stuck.
  • Reach buyers through regional partners we have already checked, instead of appointing strangers.

For resellers and contractors

Bid with papers that hold up

  • Live tender alerts from GeM and CPPP on WhatsApp, filtered to what you can actually supply.
  • Three clicks to request an authorisation. The manufacturer decides inside 24 hours, and the moment they approve it is issued with its QR code.
  • Every document a buyer may ask for is kept in one place, ready for the day they ask.

Operator questions

Questions partners ask us

How the day-to-day work actually runs. Pricing and the document checklist for a new account are on the main site.

Do I need to share my GeM password or DSC?

Wherever GeM’s own secondary-user delegation covers the work, that is what we use — you grant it from your account, and you revoke it from your account, at any time, without telling us. Some operations sit outside what a secondary user can do. Where that is the case we set out in writing what access is needed, for which tasks, for how long, and who will use it — and you agree to it before anything happens. You will be told which of the two applies to your engagement before you sign or pay.

How fast is an OEM authorisation?

Your request reaches the manufacturer within minutes, and they get 24 hours to decide. What we cannot promise is the answer. The OEM says yes or no against their own written rules, not ours. If they say yes, the authorisation and its QR code are issued straight away — nothing sits waiting on our side.

Is Namami B2G a government portal?

No. Namami B2G is an independent private service provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by or connected to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM), any Ministry, or the Government of India. We are a service you hire; GeM is a platform you register on yourself.

Which console do I land in after signing in?

The one your account is set to: reseller, OEM, international or compliance. We read that from your profile when you sign in, not from the dropdown on this page, so picking a different option in the form does not change where you land. Ops and Admin logins are created by our desk and cannot be opened by signing up.

Where do tender alerts actually arrive?

On WhatsApp, to the number in your profile, and on the tender radar inside your dashboard. That is why the mobile number is compulsory at signup: an account with no working number cannot get the alerts it was opened for. Change the number in settings and the alerts follow it.

Can two resellers hold the same authorisation on one tender?

The manufacturer sets their own channel policy and makes every appointment; we administer the decision and keep the record. On open and custom bids the authorisation is 1:1 for one bid number so your own resellers do not bid each other down. On PAC bids it is non-exclusive by design, because a compliance mode that locked out other vetted bidders would be the wrong answer under Rule 166.

What do the platform fees look like?

A fixed fee for a written scope of work, agreed before we start. It is not a percentage of your order value. For an OEM authorisation you pay nothing until the manufacturer has actually appointed you — the fee comes after the decision, never before it. The current amounts are on our pricing page.

Who can see my data inside the platform?

In the AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1). Row-level security is enforced in the database on every table, so another channel partner cannot read your authorisations, your tenders or your documents — the database refuses the query; it is not an interface that hides a button. Handling follows the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

Can you guarantee I will win tenders?

No, and you should be wary of anyone in this market who does. Whether a bid is won depends on price, specification and the buyer’s evaluation — none of which we touch. On compliance we track statutory deadlines and tell you what is due; we do not discharge the obligation, and liability for it remains with you. Both limits are written into the customer agreement in the same words.

How do I cut off your access?

Revoke the secondary-user delegation from your own GeM account. That ends our access immediately and does not require our cooperation. Fees already earned for completed work are governed by the written scope; the cancellation and refund terms are published on this site.
